The estimated production time is shown on each product. When an order contains several products, it may ship when the longest production time is complete.
Rates and destinations
Available delivery countries and the exact shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery time after production depends on destination and carrier.
Tracking and transit damage
When tracking is available, the link is emailed and shown in your account. Photograph the packaging and product and contact us promptly if a shipment is damaged.
