Withdrawals and returns
This page explains how to notify us that you want to withdraw and what applies to personalised products.

For standard products, the normal 14-day period starts the day after you receive the product. Manufacturing after the order or choosing from our standard colours does not by itself remove the withdrawal right.
Products made to your particular instructions or with a clearly personal character, such as custom text or measurements, may be exempt.
How to notify us
Open the order in your account and use the Withdraw from purchase form. An automatic receipt is sent by email. The receipt confirms delivery of the message, not approval of the request.
If you cannot sign in, email shop@davidhermansson.se with the order number and what you want to withdraw.
Return and refund
Do not return a product before receiving return instructions. You may have to pay the return postage. Handle the product carefully; a deduction may be made for diminished value if it was handled beyond what was necessary to inspect it.
An approved refund is made to the original payment method within the statutory time limits.
